The Fairness Doctrine

F.C.C. Chairman Genachowski is now officially on record as saying he will eliminate the Fairness Doctrine from the books so it cannot be enforced.

The next time you hear a conservative broadcaster (or politician) whining about a plot to bring it back you must realize you are listening to either a paranoid conspiracy theorist or a demagogue stirring up trouble for no reason.

It's not coming back. Period. Find another fake bogeyman.
